"Travelers" by Bethany Griffice

The railroad tracks display the way,
through the crooks and creeks of the earth,
revealing the created nature.
Distance passes under my feet,
and into the breeze.
Vivid and dull greens of trees,
sway as the wind blows.
The tilted pier decays in the calm murky river.
An arched moon hangs over my head,
still in the suns light.
Grey white clouds cover the dim blue skies.
Confusion surrounds me as the world passes by.
